All Bitw3ar products are made-to-order.

Due to the custom production process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Brief description

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.

Bitw3ar reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet these conditions.
